Kennel Routine

Each guest has their own individual kennel, unless we are asked to house two together from the same family group. Our facilities include indoor kennels, for small guests and those that are in their later years of life; and larger outdoor kennels with an enclosed sleeping area which protect all occupants from the sometimes harsh elements.

Each day starts at 6.30am with breakfast served in their kennel before our guests are let out into the play and exercise yards. Each dog is assessed and will be socialised with dogs similar in size and temperament, depending on your instructions. While they are having fun and stretching their legs, their kennel is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised.

Your pets spend the day socialising with the other dogs, including play times with our human team and individual one on one time which usually incorporates lots of cuddles. Our rural location with plenty of space means we can take dogs for walks in our paddocks when we can and every play and exercise yard include an enclosed, sheltered area to enable the dogs to shelter from any rain or spend time on their own if they wish to rest.

At the end of the day our guests head to their individual kennels for the night where they are fed dinner around 5.30pm and settled with one last cuddle.

Cats Kingdom

Our lovely cattery is located away from the kennels and provides each cat with the option of communal or individual living or perhaps a mixture of the two.  The cattery is separated into 3 rooms which allows us to safely and comfortably introduce new feline friends to the mix.  The main communal area has an indoor/outdoor flow so they can bask in the sun or play in the shade.  We have a number of toys, cat trees and hiding places to explore.

There is a constant flow of water in the communal areas and our feline friends dine on premium dry food both morning and evening.  We also cater for those on special diets or requirements.

The cattery is kept clean, hygienic and tidy and is sanitised twice daily. All felines must have current vaccinations.

We also allow you to bring your own cat bed or blanket to ensure they have something familiar from home. We request that these are named
